The official languages of the Conference are English and Russian.
Working language at the conference time is English and Russian.

  notification of the paper acceptance by the ITHEA ISS Submission Web System : http://ita.ithea.org

August 1,  2010:

  payment of 50% of registration fee. Only paper with paid registration fee  will be published.

Papers

Papers need to be up to 8 pages in the format given in the sample sheet. Papers must be written in Russian or English language.

Papers accepted by the Program Committee will be published in several separate numbers of the International Book Series "Information Science and Computing" (IBS ISC).

The best ideas personally presented by authors at the MEL 2010 will be invited for free publishing in English up to 16 A4 pages per idea in the International Journal "Information Theories and Applications"® (IJ ITA) as well as the International Journal "Information Technologies and Knowledge"® (IJ ITK).

The best surveys personally presented by authors at the MEL 2010 will be invited for free publishing in a separate numbers of the IBS ISC. Papers from members of ITHEA International Scientific Society (ITHEA ISS) will be preferably invited.

Membership of ITHEA ISS is free and may be done by registration at the www.ithea.org and www.foibg.com.

Theses need to be up to 2 A5 pages in the format given in the sample theses sheet. Theses accepted by the Program Committee will be published in separate book. Theses may be written in Ukrainian, Russian or English language.

Fees

MEL 2010 Registration Fee is EURO 30 per paper. Организационный взнос для граждан СНГ  составляет 300 гривен за публикацию.

Registration fee for students and PhD students is EURO 20 per paper provided that personal authorship of paper. Организационный взнос для студентов и аспирантов составляет 200 гривен за публикацию при условии единоличного авторства представленной статьи.

Registration fee theses publication is EURO 15 per paper. Организационный взнос за публикацию тезисов составляет 150 гривен. Организационный взнос для студентов и аспирантов за публикацию тезисов составляет 100 гривен при условии единоличного авторства представленных тезисов.   

Registration fee permits receiving one exemplar of the proceedings of the conference in which the paper has been published.

Proceedings' prices:

Proceedings of the MEL 2010 will be published in separate book of the IBS ISC.

One book of IBS ISC costs EUR 15.

Please, note that registration fee does not include post expenses.

Post expenses per book are EUR 15.
