Work language at the conference time is Russian.

Papers

Papers need to be up in the format given in the sample sheet.

Papers accepted by the Program Committee will be published in several separate numbers of the International Book Series "Information Science and Computing" (IBS ISC).

The best ideas personally presented by authors at the KDS 2010 will be invited for free publishing in English up to 16 A4 pages per idea in the International Journal "Information Theories and Applications"^® (IJ ITA) as well as the International Journal "Information Technologies and Knowledge"^® (IJ ITK).

The best surveys personally presented by authors at the KDS 2010 will be invited for free publishing in a separate numbers of the IBS ISC. Papers from members of ITHEA International Scientific Society (ITHEA ISS) will be preferably invited.

Membership of ITHEA ISS is free and may be done by registration at the www.ithea.org and www.foibg.com.

Fees

KDS 2010 Registration Fee is EURO 200 per paper.

Sponsorships for  KDS 2010: The General Sponsor will grant partial financing of EURO 165 to every paper which meets the Sponsor's requirement:
- the paper contains the acknowledgement

"The paper is published with financial support by the project ITHEA XXI of the Institute of Information Theories and Applications FOI ITHEA Bulgaria www.ithea.org, and the Association of Developers and Users of Intelligent Systems ADUIS Ukraine www.aduis.com.ua ".

No special requests or contracts are needed.

Sponsorships registration fee is EURO 35 per paper. Организационный взнос для граждан СНГ с учетом гранта FOI ITHEA составляет 350 гривен за публикацию. (1350 российских рублей).

Registration fee permits receiving one exemplar of the proceedings of the conference in which the paper has been published.

Sponsorships registration fee for students and PhD students is EURO 25 per paper provided that personal authorship of paper. Организационный взнос для студентов и аспирантов с учетом гранта FOI ITHEA составляет 250 гривен за публикацию при условии единоличного авторства представленной статьи. (970 российских рублей).

Proceedings' prices:

Proceedings of the KDS-2 2009 will be published in separate book of the IBS ISC.

One book of IBS ISC costs EUR 15.

Please, note that registration fee does not include post expenses.

Post expenses per book are EUR 15.
